Professional Leadership Coach and Consultant Working With Executives and Emerging Leaders
I am a Certified Executive & Leadership Coach (CTI, accredited ICF) with a Master of Education in Leadership and Learning. My research and expertise include reflective and reflexive learning, workplace culture, organizational change, and systems thinking, all with an interweave of leadership and social justice.
I developed The LEADERSHIP Method, a leadership framework that underpins my thinking and work. I have had the privilege of researching and quantifying this framework academically. I spend most of my time in the corporate sector supporting executives, working with staff to remove barriers, fostering high performers, co-creating systems, and generating productive, fulfilled cultures of lifelong learning and growth. I have far-reaching expertise eliciting forward movement in the most difficult to reach.
The rest of my professional time is spent in my private coaching practice and speaking engagements. I share my experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors and my education and interest in building systems and asking key questions to move people and companies forward. I am proud to serve as chair of the Body Brave Board of Directors, a dedicated recovery for Every Body not-for-profit.

Coaching employs multiple learning theories and fosters curiosity to create a safe and fluid space for learning. It helps you challenge your thinking, assumptions, and biases and cultivates transformative learning. Coaching helps build self-knowledge, level up behaviours, heighten awareness, and generate confidence in your whole self.
