My research and expertise include reflective and reflexive learning, workplace culture, organizational change, and systems thinking, all interwoven with leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion. My research is being utilized at the International Coaching Federation (the Global Hub of Coaching) in their research project and is in the process of academic publication.
