How I’m Different:
I am a science-based certified leadership coach and organizational specialist with a Master of Education speacializing in Leadership and Learning, meaning my work is backed by research. I offer a different approach to leadership development and organizational change. I ask questions, empower learning, leadership, and accountability and create an authentic atmosphere for transformative, open dialogue and action. I appraoch all my work from a coaching methodology.
My Research:
My research and expertise include reflective and reflexive learning, workplace culture, organizational change, and systems thinking, all interwoven with leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, my research is being utilized at the International Coaching Federation (the Global Hub of Coaching) in their research project (pinch me!) and is in the process of academic publication (crossing fingers!).
My Leadership Framework:
In 2016, I developed The LEADERSHIP Method (it’s in its third iteration). The LEADERSHIP Method serves as the foundation of my thinking and work. It drives self-mastery and mastery in leading others and embodies lifelong learning. Explore more about The LEADERSHIP Method
