I’m a certified, evidence-based leadership coach with a Master’s degree in Education, specializing in Leadership and Learning, and a background in Human Services. My approach blends academic insight, practical application, and a deep commitment to personal and organizational learning and growth.

My Expertise
My research and expertise lie in reflective and reflexive learning, workplace culture, organizational change, and systems thinking, and inclusive leadership. My research was utilized by the International Coaching Federation (the Global Hub of Coaching) and is in the process of academic publication.
