—Organizational Excellence
Empowering organizations to align strategy, culture, and operations for sustainable success.
Transforming Your Organization’s Effectiveness
I work with you to build effective systems that strengthen performance and culture through a coaching-based approach rooted in awareness, dialogue, and accountability.
I witnessed firsthand the communication breakdowns and rising tensions within our team.
Suzanne earned our trust, creating a safe space for open dialogue and helping us identify the root issues. Through her coaching and collaborative system improvements, we’ve strengthened relationships, aligned on shared goals, and fostered a more positive culture.
Suzanne’s ability to guide without taking over is a rare gift. Every organization would benefit from her expertise.
Creating lasting change and effectiveness through, but not limited to,
-
Assessing organizational health and defining the desired future state
-
Co-constructing strategy, systems, and best practices at all organizational levels
-
Shaping a culture of learning where challenging thinking, feedback, feedforward, and innovation are prioritized, while fostering a socially just environment
-
Cultivating leadership and fostering open, strong relationships through the coaching model and the Leadership Mastery Framework to drive sustainable, systemic change
Suzanne’s leadership has made a real difference in our organization. Her ability to facilitate open conversations brings out the best in all of us at all levels. We’ve new systems and standards of practice that have truly transformed how we work together. And I feel more supported and engaged because of it.
Every day, leaders have experiences.
-Hard conversations.
-Decisions that didn’t go as planned.
-Conflicts.
-Successes. 🙂
It’s when we pause to reflect on our experiences, question our interpretations, challenge our thinking, consider new perspectives, and build new awareness that our experiences become learning.
Learning expands how we think.
And how we think shapes how we lead.
Experience alone doesn’t develop wisdom it’s reflecting, challenging, and seeing differently that does.

Last week, I earned my PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’ve been accredited through the ICF since completing my coach training in 2015, and earning my PCC has been on my list for the past few years.
As I reflect on finally completing it, I realize the question isn’t, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?” The better question is, “What was I doing that took precedence over this important milestone?”
I don’t believe the answer is in the timing. It’s in how I spent those years.
I had the privilege of continuing to learn through graduate school, thousands of coaching conversations, leadership roles, volunteer work, entrepreneurship, parenthood, caregiving, and life’s greatest joys… and greatest challenges.
We are shaped by our experiences. Mine have shaped the coach, parent, leader, and person I am today.
The PCC is an important milestone, and I’m grateful to have reached it. It’s also a reminder that who we become rarely comes from one course, one credential, or one moment.
It comes from a commitment to learning, reflecting, growing, and… living.

Part of leadership is pausing to question our assumptions, judgments, interpretations, and biases about ourselves, other people, and the situations we face.
This pause creates space for new perspectives and new ways of seeing.

The people around you want feedback more than you think.
After thousands of coaching conversations, I’ve found that people want to know two simple things:
- What am I doing well?
- What could I be doing even better?
(Sidebar: I love the word “even.”)
Of course, feedback must be authentic and delivered from a place of growth, not shame.
And people want to know when they can expect it. Weekly one-on-ones are a great example.
People want to learn. They want to improve and grow. And they want to know where they stand.
