— Facilitated Dialogue
The Power of Team Conversation
Hire Suzanne to facilitate a team coaching to:
1. solve issues
2. and engage in group learning.
Suzanne is an expert facilitator who generates deep and powerful diverse learning dialogues by creating a safe, and empowering space for each individual to share. She challenges assumptions and biases with ease, and participants bring their best selves and ideas to the table.
I was skeptical that one dialogue could solve our problem. The conversation was nothing I expected; it was easy and open, and everyone felt comfortable sharing. We left with a plan and a new way to ‘do’ dialogue.
With Suzanne’s leadership, we are not just solving the surface problems, we are reworking the foundation of our systems to eradicate them. Team coaching continues to be a transformative journey.
Instead of asking, “What should I do?”
Ask yourself, “Who do I want to be?”
This question anchors us in our values, purpose, leadership identity, and intention, shaping not only what we do, but how we lead.
Then notice what changes: in you, in those around you, and in what you create.♾️

Every day, leaders have experiences.
-Hard conversations.
-Decisions that didn’t go as planned.
-Conflicts.
-Successes. 🙂
It’s when we pause to reflect on our experiences, question our interpretations, challenge our thinking, consider new perspectives, and build new awareness that our experiences become learning.
Learning expands how we think.
And how we think shapes how we lead.
Experience alone doesn’t develop wisdom it’s reflecting, challenging, and seeing differently that does.

Last week, I earned my PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’ve been accredited through the ICF since completing my coach training in 2015, and earning my PCC has been on my list for the past few years.
As I reflect on finally completing it, I realize the question isn’t, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?” The better question is, “What was I doing that took precedence over this important milestone?”
I don’t believe the answer is in the timing. It’s in how I spent those years.
I had the privilege of continuing to learn through graduate school, thousands of coaching conversations, leadership roles, volunteer work, entrepreneurship, parenthood, caregiving, and life’s greatest joys… and greatest challenges.
We are shaped by our experiences. Mine have shaped the coach, parent, leader, and person I am today.
The PCC is an important milestone, and I’m grateful to have reached it. It’s also a reminder that who we become rarely comes from one course, one credential, or one moment.
It comes from a commitment to learning, reflecting, growing, and… living.

Part of leadership is pausing to question our assumptions, judgments, interpretations, and biases about ourselves, other people, and the situations we face.
This pause creates space for new perspectives and new ways of seeing.
