Who I work with
Like my corporate work, I work with a range of individuals, from executives and business owners to emerging leaders. There are infinite reasons people come to coaching; some include facing a life decision, unblocking what holds them back, strengthening identity, building skills, creating structure and accountability, etc.
To bottom line why a person chooses to come to the coaching dialogue is the drive and hunger to continue their inner quest for outward results.
Coaching is learning through dialogue and about self, others, and the world and is driven by the methodology of looking at oneself first to understand how it all connects.
When you know yourself, you can be yourself.
