— Speaking
Empower your leaders with a keynote that
— sparks growth, reignites purpose, and drives results
Suzanne is a brilliant educator with much knowledge to share. Her refreshing, real, and relevant approach pulled me in from the start. Her keynote left me inspired, with practical takeaways I could immediately apply to my leadership in all areas of my life.
Leadership Keynotes That Inspire Action
For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of speaking to corporate audiences of all sizes—sharing research, leadership insights, and real stories from the field. Every keynote I deliver is thoughtfully tailored to reflect your organization’s unique context, challenges, and goals and is grounded in the principles of my Leadership Mastery Framework.
My passion is to ignite a spark in individuals and teams, encouraging them to own their leadership, embrace continuous learning, and take meaningful action. I don’t just aim to inspire; I aim to equip people to lead with purpose and create lasting impact.
Suzanne connects people through her words and pauses. She creates understanding and a united strategy in her leadership roadmap and connects each person back to themself and their leadership. I/we have a new path of leadership.
Every day, leaders have experiences.
-Hard conversations.
-Decisions that didn’t go as planned.
-Conflicts.
-Successes. 🙂
It’s when we pause to reflect on our experiences, question our interpretations, challenge our thinking, consider new perspectives, and build new awareness that our experiences become learning.
Learning expands how we think.
And how we think shapes how we lead.
Experience alone doesn’t develop wisdom it’s reflecting, challenging, and seeing differently that does.

Last week, I earned my PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’ve been accredited through the ICF since completing my coach training in 2015, and earning my PCC has been on my list for the past few years.
As I reflect on finally completing it, I realize the question isn’t, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?” The better question is, “What was I doing that took precedence over this important milestone?”
I don’t believe the answer is in the timing. It’s in how I spent those years.
I had the privilege of continuing to learn through graduate school, thousands of coaching conversations, leadership roles, volunteer work, entrepreneurship, parenthood, caregiving, and life’s greatest joys… and greatest challenges.
We are shaped by our experiences. Mine have shaped the coach, parent, leader, and person I am today.
The PCC is an important milestone, and I’m grateful to have reached it. It’s also a reminder that who we become rarely comes from one course, one credential, or one moment.
It comes from a commitment to learning, reflecting, growing, and… living.

Part of leadership is pausing to question our assumptions, judgments, interpretations, and biases about ourselves, other people, and the situations we face.
This pause creates space for new perspectives and new ways of seeing.

The people around you want feedback more than you think.
After thousands of coaching conversations, I’ve found that people want to know two simple things:
- What am I doing well?
- What could I be doing even better?
(Sidebar: I love the word “even.”)
Of course, feedback must be authentic and delivered from a place of growth, not shame.
And people want to know when they can expect it. Weekly one-on-ones are a great example.
People want to learn. They want to improve and grow. And they want to know where they stand.
