Suzanne Conroy, M.Ed., PCC, CPCC
Executive & Leadership Coach | Organizational Consultant
For more than 25 years, I have supported the growth and development of individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations. Today, I partner with leaders, leadership teams, and organizations to navigate complexity, strengthen leadership, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
My work is rooted in the belief that everyone is a leader of self and others. Leadership is more than what you do. It is how you think, how you relate to others, and how you show up when it matters most.
I believe meaningful growth happens through dialogue, reflection, learning, and action. When leaders develop a deeper understanding of themselves, they lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention. The impact extends beyond the individual leader, influencing teams, organizations, and even life at home.
While coaching is often the entry point, my work frequently extends beyond the individual leader. I help strengthen leadership teams, improve communication and collaboration, support organizational change, and create the conditions for long-term success. My experience spans executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development, retreats, workshops, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
My Approach
My work is grounded in reflective learning, systems thinking, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through The Coaches Training Institute.
I hold a Master of Education specializing in Leadership and Learning. Grounded in a social justice lens, my graduate studies deepened my understanding of leadership, adult learning, equity, organizational systems, and change.
My coaching research has been utilized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I bring thousands of hours of coaching experience partnering with leaders, leadership teams, and organizations across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

The Leadership Mastery Framework
At the centre of my work is the Leadership Mastery Framework, a model I developed through years of coaching, leadership development, research, and practice. The framework supports leaders in strengthening self-awareness, leading others more effectively, and creating meaningful impact across teams and organizations.
Whether I am working with an individual leader, a leadership team, or an entire organization, my goal remains the same: to help people think differently, lead more intentionally, and create environments where both people and organizations can thrive.

Creating space for leaders to think, reflect, learn, and move forward is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work, whether at a retreat house or in the office.
My Values
Lifelong Learning: Growth begins with curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to continually evolve.
Authenticity and Belonging: Creating environments where people can show up as themselves, contribute fully, and feel valued and respected.
Vision
To make learning, reflection, and coaching a natural part of how individuals, leaders, and organizations grow.
Structure: Bringing clarity to complexity through thoughtful systems, processes, and intentional practices
Action and Accountability: Turning insight into action and taking responsibility for growth, learning, and meaningful results.
Mission
To help individuals, leaders, and organizations think differently, learn continuously, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
